  I called in and someone picked up the phone and was banging stuff around. They only had 10 minuets till the shift ended. Lazy people could not even answer their phone. I had to call back to get someone to talk to with 5 min left. He was short on talking you know was ready to leave and customer service and satisfaction is not a priority. I called in asked for a box lock to be changed. Said I will be there today. Waited a 2 weeks still no lock changed. I called back was told must be someone else I don't remember this address. I was told I will send someone when I can. So I am still waiting for my lock to be changed. wonder how long will take and if I will have to call again. Was told that takes 3 months for them to do anything. I thought surely they are not that bad. Now I am beginning to wonder. I have number saved on my phone so I can now call daily.

  These are the friendliest workers at any of the local offices. I recently used Otter Creek one friendly lady there but only one I spent a half hour getting a money order. Margaret system was down three clerks and it was one of the worse events I've been subject to for some time.

  Delivery service is awful. They even make up reasons like customer required the shippment to a different address, which I certainly did not.
