    Been with them a year with no problems until now. I pay for my car over the phone monthly and was told I had already paid everything I needed to for the month when in reality I was $8 short. Tack a $30 late fee on there even though the employee told me I was paid up. Call for this months payment and surprise, the $30 late fee that I paid last month is showing as hasn't been paid. Mysterious! I'd say do auto payment if you can so they don't try to get more money out of you!
